3. 🔹 User-Generated Content & Guest Submissions

By submitting any content (e.g., testimonials, applications, posts, reviews, or media), you grant CTR Media Network an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, promote, and distribute that content across platforms. You affirm that you own or have rights to anything you submit.

4. 🔹 Media Release Agreement

By appearing on or submitting content to any CTR Media Network TV, podcast, social media, event, or course, you consent to:

Recording, distribution, and public display of your likeness, voice, or submitted work
Usage for promotional, commercial, and archival purposes
No further compensation beyond the agreed service or exposure

5. 🔹 Affiliate Disclosure

Some of our content contains affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This occurs at no additional cost to you. We only promote tools, platforms, or partners we believe offer value.

We comply with all FTC affiliate guidelines and clearly disclose these relationships in content where applicable.

6. 🔹 Digital Product Use License

Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
