Dr. Tucker was presented with a Governor's Citation from the State of Maryland, signed on the 14th day of March, Two Thousand and Twenty-Six, recognizing her as one of the Top 25 Most Inspiring Women in the state — an honor awarded in appreciation of her outstanding service to the citizens of Maryland.

During the Ms. Corporate America Maryland competition, one of Dr. Tucker's phenomenal contestants — @summarjoi — took it upon herself to personally ensure that the office of Governor Wes Moore knew who Dr. Alethia Tucker was, and what she was building through her platform.
